The Technology Department is will be exclusively using the
ticket system this year. We want to be actively pursuing the needs of our
staff. To help everyone and accomplish this goal I would encourage all in
utilizing the ticket system Icon above regardless the nature of the request. My
hope is to have you think Ticket rather than phone. Emergencies where you must
call should be followed up with a ticket request.
